Matt Weinberg specializes in commercial litigation with a focus on complex casework. His experience includes trial practice in federal and state court, workers compensation commission and appeals. Mr. Weinberg recently won a pro bono criminal juvenile justice reform case reducing his client’s 10-year criminal sentence for a crime committed as a juvenile down to 2 years. Mr. Weinberg has been recognized numerous times by the Virginia State Bar for his dedication to pro bono work. Mr. Weinberg is also an active member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association as well as the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association.
Mr. Weinberg earned his B.S. in Physics from Old Dominion University prior to obtaining his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School
